Terms of Service

By commissioning YaBoiGuz for art pieces you are agreeing to these terms

GENERAL- YaBoiGuz has the right to refuse a commission for any reason- YaBoiGuz as the artist, maintains all rights to completed artwork. Guz has the rights to repost and use completed artwork as advertisement and examples in their portfolio- Commissioned artwork may be reposted, but must credit YaBoiGuz or the artists personal account as long as no profit is being made by the client. (no selling the artwork on merch unless given written permission from the artist)- YaBoiGuz does not claim rights to any characters or other intellectual property used in the process of creating the artwork.- YaBoiGuz will draw some NSFW art. (kinks, gore, some fetish art) however commissions may be refused depending on the topic. Cub, NSFW feral pieces, hateful and politic images (except parodies) will NOT be accepted.- YaBoiGuz will draw Mechas, armor and robots, see all the Destiny stuff as an example.-Price may be different if your character has complex markings- You must be 18+ to commission NSFW art (some form of identification may be requested) no NSFW examples will be shown before age is confirmed.

PAYMENTS AND RETURNS- Payment is taken via paypal in EUR (€)- Once full payment has been received the piece will be completed fully and sent unwatermarked.- If work has begun on the piece, the amount refunded will be decided by YaBoiGuz based upon how much work has been done.

WIPS AND DEADLINES- WIPs will be sent throughout the piece being completed (sketch, lines, flat colours, finished piece)- During the sketch and line stage, all kind of changes can be requested.- All completed pieces will be sent via telegram (or via email, if requested) as to ensure quality is preserved.- Usual completion time is 1 week to 1 month, depending on place in queue, payments and personal stuff.
